Vendors often draft and schedule order emails ahead of time. By the time these emails are sent, some orders may have already been canceled, modified, or may not yet be live. In addition, emails are sometimes delivered in batches, meaning other recipients may receive them earlier depending on the vendor’s email delivery system. How to setup your BPO Automation Software account?
After signing up, you’ll receive a unique email address to which you must automatically forward your order emails. You’ll also need to set your minimum order fee, covered ZIP codes, vendor login details (for sites that require login to accept orders), and your daily order limit. That’s all.
What is the average order accept time?
Orders are typically auto-accepted within 4–12 seconds, depending on the vendor. For orders that require logging into the vendor’s website, the acceptance time may be slightly longer.
How will It be charged?
You are charged only for orders successfully accepted by the system: $2 per BPO order and $1 per inspection order.
